It's not Arctic Fancy, which is an intermediate bearded iris.  It's actually blooming here today, Sandra, if you want to come over and compare it.

I have this.  Arctic Fancy.  Would like it to be verified by someone.  There are so many that are so like this.  Blue beard with some yellow.
