It's not rebloomed for me, but I've seen Romantic Evening in rebloom reports.  It usually reblooms early from what I've seen in the Recorder reports.  This is why I think it's a repeat bloomer. 

 

My experience would indicate that VR is a carrier at the very least. Several RE children are either carriers or sporadic rebloomers, but I've not seen one report of VR reblooming.  

 

I've never had a seedling rebloom, first generation, from oncers x rebloomers.  All of my reblooming seedlings have come from carriers or sporadic rebloomers x strong rebloomers. 

 

This seedling did surprise me.
