I am thinking you got some frost damage.  Frost does many kinds of damage.

A little help please.  I have attached a photo of one of my seedlings which has blotches or measle spots.  Not sure if this was the result of freeze damage, just a quirk this year or an actual characteristic.   I don't recall this appearence when I selected originally.  None of the other seedlings around  this one show the same signs but every plant in this cross seems to be afflicted.  Ideas and opinions are welcome.
