Unusual Iris

I was out in the garden today cleaning up and came across this iris.  It has no standards and has 4 falls!
 
We just moved into this house early last month, so I don't know whether this particular iris blooms this way each year.  We did have iris blooming earlier that look like this one except they are "regular" TB iris...3 standards and 3 falls.
