My iris season has begun! On my
private garden tour this morning I saw that the Arilbreds had burst into bloom
overnight. Here are the dark purple Kalifa's Robe and the light
rose-lavender Heart Stealer. Of course a bird had discovered them
first. Notice the broken standards on Kalifa's Robe. Birds just
can't leave purple irises alone.
