Boy, you all should see the pedigree on this iris!!!!  It's 8 lines long in the checklist!   This clump was 3 years old when it finally bloomed.  I can't blame the cultivar, because everything in that entire row was poor-growing.  (except for Celebration Song.  It grows everywhere! --almost.)    My photo was blurry, too, but I posted it because I didn't see any other post of Country Charm.  Maybe someone out there will recognize it as an unknown growing in their own garden. :-)   Just trying to be helpful!   Keep on Smiling!
