Thanks, Terry, for the addresses, i will definitely
use them, if needed.
Let's hope Mr. Milette had gotten the message, and
that the case is closed .
This was absolutely unpleasant,
fortunately, there are so much more pleasant things in life!
Do you have access to more pictures of Ron Busch's
intros?
If so, will you share with us?
This is the point, isn't it, share!

is stealing again .
This guy is playing a cat and mouse game with members of this forum and
others. The photos where there and after 15 minutes of my viewing The web page
was modified and the offending Photos have been removed and all the copy has
been changed to red.
Should this happen again and on present form I have no
reason to doubt Mr Millette will try again, send an email to the Copyright Board of Canada
whose email address is secretariat@cb-cda.gc.ca
as under Canadian law, The law of copyright also applies to the
Internet, and so most individual works found there are protected: using
Internet text or graphics without the permission of the copyright holder, for
instance,is an infringement of copyright law.

I've been paying attention as this has progressed and I've seen, with my own
eyes, the issues people have addressed already.

Millette is without fault I believe it would be very wise for him to prove so
or at least acknowledge the situation, because (while I don't see his name in
the officers of the Society for Siberian Irises) I do frequently speak with
several of them. I also see the president of the American Iris Society is a
director. I can't imagine he would be pleased to hear anyone affiliated with
the Society for Siberian Irises is believed to be guilty of piracy. Theft is a
serious allegation and is not something I tend to tolerate. The appropriate
people could be notified if this isn't resolved.

if nothing is mended I will have lost any faith I might have had in the
Millette Photomedia business. I'm an
amateur-transitioning-to-professional photographer. I've recently
made my first sale and have been published. My collection now contains well
over 60,000 images and I have a lot of future dealings to make in this
industry. I won't deal with, nor will I recommend dealing with, anyone that
leaves me concerned.

be severed.
