Sorry for jumping to conclusions! I called Tom after Rita's e-mail got spammed, and they had lost all the e-mail addresses and contacts in their e-mail account. I don't know if that's what happened to Janet, too, or not, but a member of our local iris club recently lost all the contacts in her account due to a scammer, too -- and she had that account for 15 years. So no-one is safe? How should any of us protect our accounts from getting scammed? Adam~ On Mar 30, 2011, at 10:38 AM, John I Jones wrote: In this case it is not a password issue. The spammer simply found that Janet's email address could send mail through iris-photos and forged a message address field to look like it came from her.
