To be honest, it has become extremely difficult to run a business in
the state of California. We had a choice of either continuing on as a
business in a more business friendly state or to just be a hobby. The
demand for iris is huge but the cost of operating here has become so
high the ability to be a large supplier was greatly inhibited to the
point of craziness. High taxes, heavy, heavy regulation, operating
costs, labot costsÂand current & upcoming water issues all combined to
make it unprofitable and very stressful to be here. Operating costs in
Idaho will be approxmately 17% less.ÂÂPlus the air is much fresher and
cleaner there :-)ÂÂÂ
