Re: dutch iris

I wouldn't complain. It is gorgeous.

Does anyone know what kind of critter like to eat Dutch iris bulbs and
Asiatic lilies? I had over 70 eaten in the last few days. Nights actually.
It pulls up the stems and eats the bulb and discards the part I worked so
hard to grow. I am thinking possum and have set a trap. We have raccoons,
possum, rabbits, and lots of squirrels. Don't know what else. Ideas for
protecting them? Wire isn't working.
