    I think you have solved this problem.  I just checked everything you had up and the largest was 92kb.  Desert Orange was 70, Baltic Blue was 61, Jewelers Art was 56 and so on.  It may not be the size of your pix, it could be the total overall qty of pix coming through right now.  Vernon also recieved an overload message from his ISP.  He fixed it by unsubscribing to a woodworking e-mail group that he wasn't enjoying as much as iris-talk, iris-photos, and the aril group.  Guess we know where his priorities are!!

This is still happening. Thought I had finally got the procedure down by reducing the image to 640 x 480.

Since doing that you are the first to indicate problems downloading the photos.
