Re: End of bloom season

On iris festival day the chamber of commerce said there were between 18 and 20 thousand.  Don't count them here, too busy.

Well the 100 degree temps yesterday pretty much did in our bloom season.  There are still a few stubborn straglers and SDB rebloom has started.  Seedlings this year were a lot of fun with many really nice things popping up.  A few parents keep showing up in our reselects: Fogbound, Bride's Blush, Ocean Clouds, American Eagle, Momentous Occasion, Fancy Woman, Braggadocio, Barbara's Lace, Misty Lady, Ocelot, Starring and a host of older seedlings.  Attached is a picture of an older seedling that will probably be introduced in 2006.  Grows well, has good branching and bud count (9 to 13), nice form  and short horns and it will rebloom.
