The falls on this flower are 8" across! It is a little more purple that the picture shows.

(Schreiner ?86) Height: 39?. This silky rich purple gem combines an absolutely gigantic flower with impeccable ruffled form and a beautifully branched stems opening four blooms at once. Dusky Challenger raises the standards of dark Iris to a new level. 1992 Dykes Medal winner.
