This one did terrible last year - had been in the ground here for 4 years and never bloomed til last year, then had 2 blooms...was the first to bloom and it was done on the second day! Was disappointed. This year is blooming much better (even if wind has made the blooms look a little odd)...am assuming a IB as it is not tall, but is not a BB either.
