TB: last man standing

I think it was Bill Burleson who once asked what bloomed last in the season.
This is the 2nd of SKATING PARTY X 'Lumiere D'Automne' seedling to bloom and
so ends my season with a new seedling bloom. I guess technically it won't
be the last if some repeat buds on an AB seedling manage to bloom, but I
think repeat bloom wasn't what he was looking for. I hope this bloom time
isn't typical or it will be a loser here most years. These seedlings didn't
get lined out 'til fall, so it probably has its timing messed up. I took
the overhead shot trying to show the gold shoulders. They're very gold and
when it only partially open I thought they were going to be a disaster. In
the end, they worked o.k.
