yes, at least a week, even two.
 
But, as soon as they are dry, i usually put them in mini plastic bags, then into the deep freezer when i want to keep them longer!
 
They keep better dry: if you freeze also water with the pollen, when you de-freeze it, usually the pollen gets soggy. So frozen dry is safer.

...These boxes are very handy, you can write with a pencil in the bottom , they easily pile up as you crop, then they just need to be spread in order to let the pollen dry.
