This one is showing signs of growing.  I'm not sure it's clear enough to
see, but the outer fan leaves show no variegation at all.  The next two
leaves show a tiny bit, but the new central leaves are heavily variegated.
They don't start out from the seeds as variegated; it shows up when they
begin to grow.  This one has probably waited too late to begin growing even
if it continues to try and probably won't survive the winter.  There are
several more seedlings that aren't growing that I think may also show
variegation if they were to grow but they haven't grown enough to be sure of
it.
