There are so many open in spring that it's really not that hard to overlook one.  (or me anyway)  I always enjoy mine more in the summer and fall!

Very nice, Linda!  Iâve had a few cases of iris not blooming for several years before their maiden bloom, so you may be right.   --  Griff

I think I'm in love with this one, at least for now. So had to share
another photo of it. Moved indoors where I can enjoy it all day long.
I keep wondering if this could possibly be maiden bloom after 4 yrs, how
else have I overlooked it in spring?

& since you liked it, Griff, I figured you'd like to see another picture ;-)
