You would have to get Irises that are listed as rebloomers. In Zone 7,
CORN HARVEST, BUCKWHEAT, EGYPTIAN, ISTANBUL, LICHEN, PINK ATTRACTION, BELVI
QUEEN, QUEEN DOROTHY, SUMMER HOLIDAYS, and IMMORTALITY would be good ones to
start with.
