Someone asked about spring vs fall bloom stalks.  How good the stalk
looks depends on how happy the plant has been.  Sometimes spring
conditions are better for bloom here, sometimes fall, depending on the
cultivar.

Here's a nice "lollipop" stalk of TEA LEAVES with several blooms open at
once.  Not exactly what I find attractive!  TL doesn't make all that
great looking stalks here, ever, but is healthy and reliable.  Hoping
for better things in kids or grandkids.
