OT: Aust iris Convention

I'm not on tour myself, Everyone else is. I've been weeding and
preparing gardens, digging and trimming and selling irises.
Yesterday was the first day of our iris show. The day was frantic. The
Iris Soc publicity machine had been working overtime. As well as the
show itself and associated iris sales there was also displays from
many South Aust garden clubs. A huge display from the quilter's guild
and about 10 craft stalls selling iris painting pottery etc. The iris
quilts were fantastic.
The last night was a fun dinner as well. Problem is that daylight
saving statred last night. As well as a late night last night with the
main dinner, fashion parade aution etc I've had about 4and a half
hours sleep. Have to get extra blooms, catalogues etc ready for
another very busy day today.
