{Disarmed} Re: Reblooming iris

I grow rebloomers in all classes.  Its actually fun in the fall to have SDBs, IBs, MTBs and TBs all in bloom at the same time.   In fact several of my most reliable rebloomers her in Nebraska are medians.   CONSTANT COMPANION is very dependable, and LADY EMMA if happy will bloom more than anything else.  (Maybe out of class, I’m not expert enough to comment on that) BABY BLESSED has never missed a year, and has bloomed even when moved in August.  PRECIOUS LITTLE PINK has been going strong this year.  It bloomed three times last year, and then twice before I divided and moved it this year, and now that its moved, three or four more stalks are out there shivering.  FOREVER BLUE was nearly non-stop last year, but nothing this year (yet.)  It may prefer cooler summers.  I BLESS is very reliable, and HOT almost always manages to sneak in just under the wire.  Once I realized to look for it again, I discovered that REFINED will also repeat bloom very reliably.  I took a stalk of it to a show a few years ago where it was blooming with the late TBs and the spurias.  And of course, LOW HO SILVER is in bloom now as well.
 
A number of new median introductions have been added to our garden and we are hoping to have more reports in the future.
