More correctly, the virus attacked somebodies computer, that had for e.g. my name on it and the started sending out viruses in my name to everyone else on the adrdress book.
 
Modern viruses almost never use the sender's name of the computer they come from. They use an email address they found on that computer.

Problem is-- the virus can be attacking your computer and sending out its messages under your name, while you are outside dividing iris clumps. Thus you --the benighted human -- have no idea of the "sub-rosa" hi-jinks the computer is readying on its own, waiting for you to log on so it can send, send send.
 
Think of viruses as the borers of the computer world.  Even in the most meticulously maintained beds, a borer may find its way....

That is a being caused by a virus !  It has been happening on other yahoos group as well.

Hit the Daylily-Photo and the Lilium Photo groups also, but it is not just Yahoo. They hit the Daylily "Robin" group abot a month ago and it is on another server..................
