""Dave, the date that is on the cover of my "master" copy of Chronicle 12 is 1964.  However, we must remember that the chronicles are largely compilations of articles, letters, catalog entries, etc., previously published, so the original date of any given material could be much earlier. 
 
BAIS issue 13 p. 12 was published in Dec. 1924.
