Thanks Dorothy. Actually, those pictures had been
resized down to such a small size I thought they
weren't very good. If you'd like to ever see higher
resolution versions of anything I post just let me
know...

As for diploid or tetraploid, I'm not sure about
'Varda Gorge' but I seem to remember thinking that it
was tetraploid. Don't know where I got that idea
though. So, that's how I plan on using the pollen (as
a tetraploid). But, I'll let you know how it goes.

The other seedling (Kupari X rubromarginata) is
definitely a diploid, and fully fertile too. I'm
growing seedlings from it (from crosses in both
directions).
