      According to Plant Delight's, they are currently out of stock, but it is listed as being native to Argentina, Brazil, and Uruguay.  It would have a reasonable chance here.

It's from the southern Andes. It should be evergreen so it would be happier well south of my garden. It grows well at Plant Delights Nursery.
