So there was a Carol Lankow! But let's hope we can keep on correctly associating Carla Lankow with this Iris foetidissima.

One more correction, though. The name should be Darts Hill, not Dart. The late Francisca Darts founded a garden, Darts Hill, in Surrey, British Columbia, not far from Vancouver. It is now known as Darts Hill Garden Park and owned by the City of Surrey. http://www.dartshill.ca

I hear that the Iris has not been formally registered. Does anyone know for sure?
