Re: Iris in FL

Hi Al,

Would the iris relative happen to be Dietes bicolor?  It is common in landscapes in warm areas.

Subject: [iris-species] Iris in FL

Well we have been established in the new apartment for 10 days. I have done a little scouting. The results: My daughter has a few plants of a walking iris.,  The apartment complex has a number of a species akin to an iris. I took pics but obviously did not exposed. It is lemon yellow with a dark spot on the falls.
