Jim I am Very happy for you but I am sure that when you entered the contest your information was on the photo and it is a beautiful picture that deserved recognition of the photographer.

Hey gang. I bought a copy of the new AIS 'Basic Iris Culture' 3rd Edition 2011. I thought it would make for light reading as I know most of this wether I practice it or not. I was reading 'Species Iris Culture' by Bob Pries on page 33. I thought the photo looked familiar and checked my files. It is a photo that I had submitted to the AIS Photo Contest in 2010 . What a surprise to see it in the Iris Culture booklet. And, no, it did not win, not even an Honorable Mention. There are no photo credits so I would never have known if I hadn't recognized the pic.
