You know, I've read a number of posts on other lists over the years 
from hot-climate gardeners lamenting their inability to grow or bloom 
dwarf irises successfully.  Seems to me attica would do much to 
improve the performance of modern dwarf iris lines in hot climate 
areas.  Has it been used much ... or at all ... in such pursuits?
