You may find this attachment helpful. It is most likely the best place to start with seed conversions. In the early stages of Vaughn's development of his method and prior to the inclusion of DMSO in the process I attempted seed conversions with Surflan with some modest success. I did not kill all of the attempted conversions but was not successful in raising them to bloom stage either.
So goes life for the lazy.
