Re: SIGNA seed and wild iris

Diane and list

At our location in western Washington  I. setosa ripens in early August. Our source was Mitkof Island, SE Alaska.

In Washington, we have collected from wild I tenax (9/5), I douglassiana (9/1) and I missouriensis (8/10).

I appreciated the wild collected Iris species, garden propagated natives and color selections of native Iris at SIGNA seed exchange. Just finished preparing the seed for strat today.

Many Thanks Rich Haard

We are taking our boat up to Alaska this summer. I wonder when setosa
