database bug

My apologies to people that uploaded stuff to the database in the past few 
days.  Some strange bug was reverting their names to "Anonymous".  Anyway, 
I fixed the bug (I hope) but I can't give credit where it was due for those 
great photos & info.  I'm really, really sorry about that.  Thanks, whoever 
you are!

PS:  It's obvious that the SIGNA and NARGS lists just got 
published.  During peak hours the SIGNA database receives in excess of 500 
hits per hour.  During slow parts of the year it doesn't get 500 hits per week!
