Jim, have you tried McClure & Zimmerman in Wisconsin? Web site: www.mzbulb.com
Not a good site to navigate but I have ordered English irises (I. latifolia) from their paper catalog and they bloomed well. However, like most bulbous irises here in USDA Zone 3, they proved to be annuals. They should do well for you in a warmer, temperate climate.
