SIGNA 09MS254 - Iris lactea var chrysantha seeds


 

I think SIGNA 09MS254 seeds are misidentified. If you look at the attached photo, they have a seed coat like those of a spuria iris. Iris lactea seeds look different. They were wild collected in NW China, so I'm guessing based on "Iris of China" that they are either halophila or sodgiana. I hope I get some seedlings, it will be fun to see what develops.
