I agree.  Those look very typical of spuria seeds that I've seen.  I don't grow lactea though, so couldn't really judge.

I got some tetra versata seeds that looked similar to Louisiana seeds.  I didn't study them closely yet, to see what kind of coating they have, if any.  But they sure surprised me when I unpacked them.  They're huge!

I think SIGNA 09MS254 seeds are misidentified. If you look at the attached photo, they have a seed coat like those of a spuria iris. Iris lactea seeds look different. They were wild collected in NW China, so I'm guessing based on "Iris of China" that they are either halophila or sodgiana. I hope I get some seedlings, it will be fun to see what develops.
