Signa seed

 

After a lot of trouble at work it felt like christmas coming home and getting my signa seed letter today. I can not personally thank all the donors because I do not know their email addresses so I chose this way to say THANK YOU to all the donors and all the people involved in the seed exchange. Special thank you to Dennis for your wonderful job as a webmaster. I love your pictures and the website is so easy to navigate. Hopefully this spring I will see some blooms on my Signa seed seedlings from my first signa seed order in 2008. Germination on my 2008 and 2009 seeds was excellent. Only the douglasiana seeds did not germinate.
We are having a very long and cold winter here in South West Germany (Schwaebische Alb). I am in zone 6b but it feels more like a zone 4 winter. I think this is a good hardiness test for my seedlings.
