In Idaho the pseudacorus made the list last year under containment. I was allowed to keep the plants I already had on display but cannot sell the plants to anyone or any seeds. The wild Pseudacorus plants are on the invasive list in many states...However the named cultivars and the Pseu crosses like Roy Davidson, Etc. are not included in any ban.
