RE: Iris seeds germinating

I’ve been following this thread for quite a while now and thought I might jump in.

 

Several years ago Chuck Chapman had an SDB “everblooming” iris named ‘Ever Blue’.  I first saw it blooming in Chuck’s retail garden in Ontario.   A large clump

with many bloom stalks and a medium blue color.

 

Now, I can’t say how well it would do in Florida, but I can vouch that I saw it doing very well as far south as Memphis.  And yes, it multiplies like a weed.

 

Chuck, you did introduce that didn’t you?
