Um, it's apparently native as far south as the Philippines, but not to China's northern provinces (except coastal), while dichotoma is native as far north as Mongolia and inland Russia, but not to most of China's southern provinces?

I always wonder about the hardiness/heat tolerance of the hybrids, since vesper iris is northern and blackberry-lily southern. Obviously you're growing one successfully, but it looks very close to domestica, while 'Spooky World' is very close to dichotoma. I suppose there's only one way to find out.
