Re: Tigridia - (#2 of 4)


Dennis, Thanks for posting these.  I've given up trying to grow them.  
I've purchased them at the worst places, lowes and walmart, and 
michigan bulb co. when i was young.  Seems like everyone has to learn 
their lesson with those places.  Anyway, I had no luck with these bulbs 
or corms whichever they are.  I'd get a few to come up but they wouldn't 
bloom.  Tried raised beds too.  What do you have these growing in.  i've 
thought of pots as I know they like good drainage.  Your pics are 
wonderful, and the different views really show the unique parts of the 
flower.  thanks again. Will Warner
