Pierre; I totally agree. I feel like I am still in the education phase, until there is a groundswell of people who see the need, the value, and wish to participate and volunteer. I have so many projects at the moment, although many are related to this, I do not have the time to bring it all together without the strong interest of a group of people. Until there are enough individuals who understand how the system works, not much will be done. But I open my mouth every now and then and hope there will be some sparks of interest. Sadly Americans seem to have a hard time being part of an organization. Congratualtions on being able to have such an organization in France.

Here France NCPG began as a federation of existing private collectors.
I think it was the same in England.
You need only to organize and to shift goals of collections.
