There is a modest beginning to your quest.

I just looked up Iris cristata on Google Catalogs and found 40 
entries, though quite a few were duplicates.

Munchkin, Fairweather, Sunlight Gardens, Roslyn, sell I.cristata 'Eco 
Blue Bird'.

Wayside and Park Seed sell 'Eco Little Bluebird'. I don't know 
whether that is a  different plant.

I suppose companies must pay to have their catalogues scanned by 
Google, though it would cost a lot less than printing and mailing 
them to the number of people who can access them online.
