Re: Iris wilsonii or Iris forrestii?

 

It looks unlike Iris forrestii to me. Probably you should look at pedicels in the fruiting stage, how long they will be.

A few yesrs ago I bought some species iris seeds from a seed company in
the UK that appears to consolidate from many sources, so I don't know
the seed's ultimate origin. The attached photo is supposed to be Iris
wilsonii, but looks to me like Iris forrestii; the standards are nice
and perky. Anyone have opinions?
