Thanks for the pointer. The plant didn't set seed this year; I'll try to hand pollinate it or one of its siblings the next time they flower.

A few yesrs ago I bought some species iris seeds from a seed company in
the UK that appears to consolidate from many sources, so I don't know
the seed's ultimate origin. The attached photo is supposed to be Iris
wilsonii, but looks to me like Iris forrestii; the standards are nice
and perky. Anyone have opinions?
