Re: A new yellow I. domestica

Beautiful, and finally the correct height! What's its origin?

Iris ×norrisii 'Cherry Pie' just began to bloom here yesterday. I'm slowly but surely weeding my main bed, but I think my other candy-lilies may be casualties. They do not like competition.

A recent selection of Iris domestica, yellow with just a few slightly darker spots.
This is much larger than 'Hello Yellow' with flowers 3 1/2 inches wide and a 3 feet
tall stalk. It has flowered at 4 feet in height in a Georgia garden.
