That should be illegal! LOL, I am so protective of my baby
irises, at least until they bloom. Then if they are ugly, I'll
give them away. Hahhaha.

especially like the 2nd one with its paler tones. So how do you
grow them? In a pond?
I have been so amazed at the
performance of my Louisianas in my pond, that I spent 2 days this past
weekend transferring 20+ more of them from the garden to the pond.
Next year's bloom should be spectacular (fingers
crossed).
I have a bunch of brevicaulis
and robusta that I want to transfer to the pond next, but I've simply
run out of room. I have to figure something else out... like
maybe buying one of those mini-ponds at the hardware
store.
