I was thinking the same thing.  I haven't seen anything quite like it either.

El, could you post picture of plant?

What is it's height?

 What is it's bloom time compared to your other spuria?

it looks like a species, but I've not seen one quite like it.  Very delicate and elegant.  Do set some seed, as this would look great in my garden!  :-P      Maybe someone with more knowledge of the spurias can chime in.  A name would be nice.
