Thanks Carol.
I'm about to head out and take measurements and further
photos, but first I'll have to weed a bit in that spot of the garden. It's
rained so much this year, some parts of the garden haven't been totally weeded
as yet.
I did take a closer look at the foliage on my quick
walkabout earlier this morning. Looks like some creature may have run
through that spot, making the foliage flop. It does look like spuria
foliage overall though. It's a very sunny spot, usually, so I don't think
I'll move it.
My friend is going to visit her Mother this week, so she's
going to try to dig some more of this iris, from an old abandoned farm house
nearby. :O
I'll dig you a piece from my flowering clump though,
Chuck, in case it's a totally different iris.
