One of the questions I have is when to gather the seed, as the capsules don't dehisce.  I waited until the flowering stopped this year, and then I gathered the seed from last year.  I tried germinating a few seeds with no luck so far (but it's only been about a month).  This year the plant produced a load of fruit, but I don't know when to gather the seed -- now, in a year, perhaps longer, or when to plant or at least attempt germination.

I've tried growing it a number of time from seed and never got any germination.
I tried a few species over the years, though I can't recall the details now.

     I bet we are darnit.  I looked up Libertia and it looks like it would not do for either of us.
